We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or CMA to join our family practice in Twin Falls, Idaho. As an LPN/CMA in our family practice, you will provide essential nursing care to patients of all ages, assisting with assessments, treatments, and patient education. You will work closely with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other nurses, to deliver high-quality and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment of patients' health status, including taking vital signs, collecting medical history, and documenting patient information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
- Perform routine procedures and tests, such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection, following established protocols and infection control measures.
- Provide patient education and counseling on various health topics, including medication administration, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, referrals to specialists, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient preferences and evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, providing clear and concise information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, promoting patient safety and best practices.
- Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in nursing practice, attending continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements for LPN
- Valid LPN license in the state of Idaho.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LPN preferred but not required. Experience preferably in a family practice or primary care setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and basic pharmacology.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Current CPR certification.
Requirements for CMA
- High school diploma or equivalent required, completion of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) through a recognized organization such as the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CMA preferred but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and basic pharmacology.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure or certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty area preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
